Who Can Apply
Title to the property should be clear and free from encumbrance, i.e., without any pending legal litigation adversely affecting the ownership of the property.
Self Employed
- Proprietor/Partner/Director of the company.
- Age min. 23 & the repayment should be complete before attaining the age of 65.
- Having minimum 3 years old company in the same business.
- Minimum 1year old operation at same place.
- Profitable business for the last 2 year .
- Have a clean track record of at least 6 month from any Bank.
- Applicant must own office or residence.
Salaried Individuals
- Getting salary by cheque or Bank transfer.
- Age 23 & the repayment should be complete before retirement.
- Minimum 3 years continuous employment.
Necessary Documents

- Aadhaar Card.

- Residence Proof : Passport/ Voter Card/Driving License/ Ration Card/Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill.
- Office Proof : Telephone Bill/ Sales Tax registration certificate/ Electricity Bill.
- Income Proof : Last 2 years Income tax return with financials.
- Last 6 month main account Bank statement.
- Constitution Proof : MOA/ partnership deed.
- Loan Proof if any : repayment Schedule of all running loans.
Salaried
